Susan Fyvolent is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.  She later earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law where she was able to delve into her fascination with the law, sparked by her Grandfather’s practice in Florida that began in 1930.   After five years of litigation practice, she returned to her home state of Florida and her love of marketing and public relations.  While there she became a marketing specialist in economic development and worked with other economic development professionals to create the Tampa Bay Partnership, a cooperative of Bay area business leaders working to encourage the relocation of value added businesses to the Tampa Bay area.  While in Florida, she was chosen to participate in and successfully completed Leadership Tampa Bay.

After returning to Atlanta, she changed her law practice direction to real estate and happily practices with The Fryer Law Firm in the area of residential real estate.

Susan’s philosophy is that the closing attorney is an integral part of the marketing efforts of her real estate agents and loan officers and she works hard to be sure that all parties leave her closings with a smile.
