Directions
Traveling North on I-85
Take Buford Highway Connector. Follow the signs towards Lenox Road. At the light, take a left onto Lenox Road. You will see the Fryer Law Building immediately on your left.
Traveling South on I-85
Take the Lenox/ Cheshire Bridge Road exit. Turn right and continue straight through the intersection (crossing over Buford Highway). You will see the Fryer Law Building immediately on your left.
From Peachtree Road/Buckhead
Take Lenox Road towards I-85 until you approach the Buford Highway intersection. Just prior to the intersection, you will see the Fryer Law Building on the right.
Traveling South on GA 400
Take the Sidney Marcus exit. Turn left onto Sidney Marcus. Then take a left onto Buford Highway and at the light turn left onto Lenox Road. You will see the Fryer Law Building on the left.

Located in Historic Old 4th Ward located on the corner of North Avenue and Glen Iris (across from Ponce City Market). Once you arrive, please note that our office is located in Building C.
If driving on 75/85 South: Take Exit 249 D (North Ave/Ga Tech), turn left onto North Ave. In 1.3 miles turn right into the Southern Dairies complex and building C will be on your right.
If driving on 75/85 North: Take exit 248C for GA-10 E/Freedom Pkwy/Carter Ctr continuing straight onto Ga-10E. In one mile use the left two lanes to turn left on to Boulevard NE. Turn right on North Ave and continue for 0.3 miles. The Southern Dairies complex will be on the right.

- Our building is at the northwest corner of Clairemont Avenue and W. Ponce de Leon Avenue.
- Take W. Ponce de Leon Avenue to Marshall Street.
- Turn onto Marshall Street and immediately turn right into the parking deck.
- Parking Directions:
- When you arrive at the gate, please pull a ticket and the gate will open. You may park in one of the KW Reserved spots or in any other non-reserved spot.
- Remember to bring your ticket inside with you. Rob at the front desk will validate it when you are ready to leave.
- Upon departure, scan your validated ticket at the exit gate.
- Handicap spaces are available on the lower level. Use the elevator to go to P2 for walkway access.
- Entering the building:
- Exit the parking garage and follow the pathway to W. Ponce de Leon Avenue.
- Walk up the hill to 101 W. Ponce de Leon and enter the building.
- Proceed past the security desk and enter Keller Williams office, Suite 200.

FROM I-85 / I-75 NORTH OR SOUTH
Take 75/85 South through downtown Atlanta. Exit on the 10th Street Exit and head East). Follow 10 Street East until it ends at Monroe Avenue. Turn right (South) on Monroe Avenue. Turn left at the next stop light (which is Virginia Avenue). Follow Virginia Avenue approximately 1 block and Remax CitySide is on the left hand side of Virginia Avenue. Park in the parking lot in the front of the office.
