Brad Legare, a graduate of Charleston Southern University and Georgia State University College of Law, has been practicing residential real estate law since 2006. Prior to practicing real estate law fulltime, Mr. Legare owned his own firm in Decatur from 2007 through 2015 practicing business law, contracts law, wills and advance directives. Mr. Legare particularly enjoys assisting first time homebuyers with the closing process and values being an approachable, trusted source to all parties to the real estate transactions with which he is involved. Mr. Legare has been a proud resident of Decatur since 2001 and looks forward to interacting with other Decatur and intown residents at the closing table. In his spare time, you can find Mr. Legare gardening or hiking. Mr. Legare is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and South Carolina and the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
